Processing and Shipping is 5-8 business days. If your purchase needs to be customized an additional 2 business days will be added for processing time. Orders are shipped through USPS with insurance, signatures are required during delivery. Once your order is in possession of USPS DollHouseCo is NOT RESPONSIBLE for lost, stolen, damaged or delayed packages. Same day shipping is available before 5pm with a offline payment.
